Fish Oil Cuts Macular Degeneration Risk in Half

A study in the August issue of the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition shows that eating oily fish at least once per week cuts the risk for developing age-related macular degeneration in half.

This is a testament to the destruction of the quality of our food supply by companies that process food and animals used in the food supply that are no longer range raised. Oily fish are one of the few remaining sources of vital oils like DHA. Even the intake of fish is of concern due to the widespread pollution of ocean water.

Molecularly distilled DHA, which does not contain mercury, PCBs, or other contaminants, is the safest way for you to get this vital oil into your diet on a consistent basis.
